A 30-minute call with a RICS-regulated surveyor — by telephone or video — to discuss your property defect or concern.
Your 30-minute call will cover
- Manual analysis of your uploaded photographs and information
- Discuss your specific defect or property concern
- Advice on the likely cause and severity
- How the defect may affect other elements of the property
- Advice on remedial works likely required
- Guidance on next steps and further investigations that may be required by other professionals
Need an on-site inspection?
Whilst the Surveyor Online Consultation is delivered remotely, an in-person site inspection can be arranged if needed. The scope and cost of any site inspection are agreed separately with your surveyor during your consultation. The £75 fee covers the telephone/video advice service only.
